CME's First Ever "Holiday Sing-Off" CHAMPIONS!!

Capstone Music & Entertainment would like to give a big thank you to all of you who took the time to create and submit your "Holiday Sing-Off" videos!  As great as they all were, we could only pick one winner....

CARLI & KATIE!!

These two girls were creative, fun, and most definitely showed their holiday spirit! From their coordinating red & white outfits/Santa hats, and fully decorated Christmas tree in the background to the fun little dance at the end...they had it all!

As promised, besides being named the winners of the sing-off, these two girls also took home some cash! Although we originally said the winner would take home a $100.00 prize, we were feeling the holiday spirit and decided because there were two girls in the video, we would give them EACH $100.00!

We'd also like to apologize to Carli for cutting her in half haha. The original submission was completely fine, but for some reason when we posted it to the blog, it cut a little off. Oh well, you know what they say... "The show must go on!"

So without further ado, here is Carli and Katie singing "Santa Baby"... CONGRATS GIRLS!!

CME's First Ever "Holiday Sing-Off" Video Competition

This week Capstone Music & Entertainment will be accepting submissions for their 1st "Holiday Sing-Off" video competition.

All that you have to do is film yourself singing your favorite holiday tune for a one minute duration. HAVE FUN WITH IT! Don't just sit there staring aimlessly into your camera, get friends involved, dress up to show your holiday spirit, dance, even grab an instrument!

We will be posting the winner here, on our official blog in addition to rewarding them with a $100.00 cash prize that will be paid via our PayPal account/money order (which ever is most convenient for the winner). Also, they will be given their own segment, be interviewed, and be titled CME's First Ever Holiday Sing-Off Champion!

REMEMBER, the key is to have fun and be creative! If you are interested in submitting a video, let us know on twitter at @CapstoneME

GOOD LUCK!!

THANK YOU FOR FOLLOWING CME ON TWITTER!

Sundays are usually the day when everybody STOPS working and relaxes. In fact, the LAST thing on people's minds is anything work related.  For us men, I can admit Sunday usually (and by usually, I mean always) revolves around 3 things and 3 things only: #1)Sleep (however, if you have a wife and kids, be a man and get your butt up early and make her breakfast!) #2) Food #3) Football.  Now I'm not saying any of that is going to change (at all), but I will announce that every Sunday from here on out we are going to add a 4th obligation to our "Sunday To Do List." This will be to thank anyone who has chosen to follow us on Twitter throughout the week. Whoever chooses to do so will have their name published on our blog and linked directly to their personal Twitter Page.  The cool thing is that you will be exposed to a ton of other followers, so they can begin to follow YOU as well! Its like one really big "Follow Friday" (except on Sunday of course).  And the BEST part is, is that we aren't limited to 140 characters! With that said...

Michael Copon

From the early 80’s to the 90’s, Michael Copon was born and raised in Virginia.  Copon lived his life as an athlete as a quarterback at Deep Creek High School.  No only did he graduate with honors in 2000, but was well-liked, popular, and had a talent in the arts.  With his aspirations to follow his dreams he left for Los Angeles, where he started to model and landed his first major modeling job, which was for Sketchers.

This set off a chain reaction leading him to land modeling jobs with PacSun.  In an ever changing film, television and music marketplace, Michael Copon was fortunate in having established a crossover from model to actor and singer with his first major role as Lucas Kendall on Power Rangers Time Force.  Not long after, Michael landed a hit television show on Warner Bros. (now the CW Network) as Felix Taggaro on One Tree Hill.  He became one of America’s biggest heart throbs, bringing an estimated two million viewers to the show.  He obtained a very strong international following by virtue of his major role.  He was also voted onto People Magazine’s "50 Hottest Bachelors."  Michael has since been seen on That’s So Raven (Disney), Even Stevens (Disney), Reno 911, Greek (ABC Family), CSI: Miami, Dishdogz, All You’ve Got (MTV), Bring It On: In It to Win It (Universal), and held the main role as the young Mathayus in Universal’s The Scorpion King 2: Rise of a Warrior.

Now with the release of his current show Beyond the Break on the N Network with love interest Kim Kardashian and his upcoming theatrical release of the remake of Night of the Demons, he will also be making his music debut.  After his win on the VH1 television series But Can They Sing?  Michael has finally made the time to get into the recording studio.  Working with Grammy Award nominated and winning producers, he looks to be releasing his musical gift to the world in early 2010. Michael is focused once again on the U.S. Market, mindful that his music will also find favor with his global fans.  Michael has spent much of the last ten years consistently acting, touring, performing and recording outside of the U.S. particularly in Asia and Europe, where he has become a virtual household name.  He has appeared in the Philippines, London, China, and Japan several times each year.

With his unique sound, powerful lyrics and seamless artist package as a whole, Michael Copon and his team at Capstone Music & Entertainment are sure that his upcoming singles will soon be sitting comfortably at the top of the charts.

Below is a reel of some of the work Michael has done in the past...Check it out!
